Return & Refund Policy

We value your trust and want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

  • We accept returns within 2 days of delivery only.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • A clear unboxing video (from the moment you start opening the package) is mandatory for all return, damage, or missing item claims.

  • Without this video proof, we cannot process returns, refunds, or replacements.


Exchanges

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect (verified with the unboxing video), we will replace it at no extra cost.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.


Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, custom products, and digital goods cannot be returned.

  • Products marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.


Important Note

📦 Unboxing Video Required: To claim any damage, wrong item, or missing product, you must record a full unboxing video. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
